The investor GWG chose a particularly eco-friendly external thermal insulation composite system (weber.therm A 100) that is entitled to bear the well-known "Blue Angel" label.

The surface finish consisted of a combination of mineral fine-grained render and clinker brick slips. The ceramic design elements set accents in the facade socket part, which was previously waterproofed with the bitumen-free thick-layer coating weber.tec Superflex D 24. Clinker brick slips were also bonded on individual facade areas.
