If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then the Weber Planung 360 Grad Service is the ideal solution for you. With this service, we offer professional building contractors a modular service package that allows you to digitise your property quickly and easily. Using modern laser scanning technology, the process is extremely quick and easy: a trained Weber employee circles the building 2-3 times and scans it with the mobile high-performance device. The images can be taken almost regardless of light and weather conditions. Even interiors can be scanned accurately. It is also possible to scan the exterior of the building for neighbourhood design purposes. An exterior scan takes about 30-60 minutes, an interior scan between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the number of units.
If required, we can complete this service with additional services such as assistance with the preparation of specifications, quotations for refurbishment systems or the procurement of suitable tradesmen. With the "Weber Planung 360 Grad" service, you can choose between the three standard options "Fassade", "Projekt" and "Detail". We will be happy to discuss individual requirements with you.
This option provides a three-dimensional model of the building envelope and dimensioned views of all facades in 2D. All structural elements such as external walls, doors, windows, balconies, recesses, roofs and pitched roofs are shown.

These areas can easily be used to create specifications for facade renovation.
In this variant, all external and internal walls, as well as all components relevant to the area calculation (columns, recesses, roof slopes, etc.) are displayed with the corresponding dimensions. Openings, the roof structure and the course of the terrain are shown schematically.
In addition to the 3D model of the building shell, "Projekt" also provides dimensioned 2D floor plans, sections and elevations as a basis for planning. This makes it ideal for both preliminary and final design.
The "Detail" option includes all external and internal walls as well as all visible structural elements (e.g. rafters, purlins, headbands, etc.). Openings are shown in detail, with information such as radiator recesses, window sills and reveals, or the type of opening. The roof structure, timber beam ceilings and the course of the terrain are also shown for each property over a distance of approximately 5-10 metres.
The "Detail" option therefore provides a suitable basis for approval and implementation planning.*
The "Fassade" option is particularly suitable if your focus is on energy-efficient refurbishment of the building envelope. You will receive the data in PDF and/or CAD format for e.g. ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit. Other formats are possible.
The two "Projekt" and "Detail" options contain not only the façade but also plans of the interiors at various levels of detail. All residential units, communal areas and stairwells are laser-scanned in advance. The walls do not have to be removed for the scan and, of course, the privacy of the residents is guaranteed: people, furniture, pictures and other personal items are completely masked out. Only dimensioned floor plans and layouts are output. You can receive files in CAD, PDF or other formats, depending on your software environment.
With the "Projekt" and "Detail" variants, Weber Planung 360 Grad offers you numerous options for visualising floor plans or flat layouts. The areas can be displayed in tabular form for renovation planning, separated according to room area and area according to WoFLV. Sketches with room utilisation and fictitious furnishings are also possible as a visualisation aid for letting purposes.
