Mini range for flooring installation
At Domotex 2026, the call of many professional installers for less complexity and greater clarity in product ranges was answered. In Hanover, Saint-Gobain Weber is addressing this demand by presenting a compact, practical product system, sending a strong signal to the industry. With just four intelligently combined premium products, Weber can cover around 90 per cent of everyday flooring installation tasks, clearly demonstrating the efficiency of modern working practices.
Mini range with a wide scope of applications
The mini range includes the fast-drying, universal bonding primer weber.floor 4716; the premium smoothing compound weber.floor 4031; and two adhesives. The fibre-reinforced universal adhesive weber.floor 4890, is suitable for all common elastic and textile floor coverings. It is very low-emission, suitable for use with underfloor heating, easy to spread and ready for covering after a short airing time. In the parquet adhesive segment, its counterpart is the one-component STP parquet adhesive weber.floor 4836. This adhesive forms a shear-resistant bond and can be used to install all common parquet formats and wood species, including those prone to deformation.
All four EC1Plus-certified products have an exceptionally wide range of applications and cover all typical requirements. This significantly simplifies the selection of the right construction material and minimises stockholding. At the same time, reliability is ensured for both new builds and renovation projects: only premium products are used which are particularly easy, safe, and cost-effective to apply. Consequently, professional installers can complete 90 per cent of their everyday work with a manageable number of products while achieving excellent results.
Convenient conveying technology without high-voltage power
Weber has combined its mini range with tried-and-tested machinery to provide professional installers with optimal support for the installation of smoothing and levelling compounds. The weber.floor Mini PumpTruck, which features a mixing and conveying pump (FMP 40), is ideally suited to small and medium-sized construction sites thanks to its easy handling, compact design, and low power consumption.
Further information on the mini range and compact machinery technology will be available to visitors at Domotex at Stand D34 in Hall 21, as well as at the “The Work Shop” forum in Hall 21, Stand D06. In his presentation, “Flooring Construction 2030”, Key Account Manager Udo Zahn will explain how flooring professionals can overcome future challenges, such as shortages of skilled labour and energy efficiency requirements, by using clearly structured product systems and energy-efficient technology.
