Two Weber highlights at EPF 2026

Düsseldorf, June 2026 At this year’s EPF (Estrich Parkett Fliese), Saint‑Gobain Weber is presenting two product innovations that are set to transform construction site work: the lightweight levelling compound weber.floor 4330 and the heavy-duty coating weber.floor 4613 Industry HeavyTop. These launches further demonstrate the construction chemicals manufacturer's strong innovative capabilities in flooring systems. EPF 2026, the leading trade fair for the flooring industry, will take place from 22 to 24 June in Feuchtwangen.

weber.floor 4330: lightweight, flexible and reliable in planning

The lightweight levelling compound weber.floor 4330 allows uneven floors in renovation projects to be levelled quickly and cost-effectively – with only minimal additional load. With a density of around 50% of that of conventional levelling compounds, this material is ideal for use in structurally sensitive areas where more complex dry screed solutions were previously the only option.

weber.floor 4330 is a flowable product that enables fast and clean application using modern pump technology. This enables the efficient completion of even larger areas, resulting in significant time savings. At the same time, the levelling compound can be applied at variable thicknesses of up to 80 mm, which is valuable where existing floor heights are limited.

weber.floor 4613 Industry HeavyTop: heavy‑duty and durable

For floors that must withstand very high mechanical loads, Weber offers cement-based, self-levelling coating systems that set new standards in terms of both cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. The Düsseldorf-based construction chemicals manufacturer provides a coating that impresses with its compressive strength class C40 and exceptional abrasion resistance: weber.floor 4613 Industry HeavyTop.

The polymer-modified surface absorbs the compressive and shear forces generated by castors and wheels. It is highly impact-resistant and offers excellent resistance to chipping. In the BCA rolling load test, weber.floor 4613 Industry HeavyTop achieved the highest classification AR 0.5, demonstrating its outstanding resistance to rolling traffic and mechanical stresses. This makes it the ideal choice for high-bay warehouses, industrial halls and production facilities, where floors are subjected to heavy loads from forklift trucks or machinery.

The mineral, self-levelling coating offers clear installation benefits: it can be applied significantly faster than resin-based systems. With mechanical support, such as the weber.floor PumpTruck, large areas can be completed and put into service within a few days. Time-consuming processes such as hard aggregate broadcasting and power floating are no longer necessary.
