Facade refurbishment of a multi-storey residential building

Between March 2018 and January 2019, the investor GWG had several apartment blocks extensively modernized. Among other things, the balconies were renovated and the access roads were re-designed. The facade was also thoroughly overhauled:

The old cladding with facade panels was removed. Then the Rzeszotek team replaced all the windows, applied a mineral external thermal insulation composite system (weber.therm A 200) with a new render on all the surfaces. The facades now shine predominantly in fresh white. The used AquaBalance render (mineral floated top coat render with Jura grains weber.star 220 AquaBalance), which protects against formation of algae and fungi in an eco-friendly way, ensures that it stays that way for a long time.

Colour-accentuated surfaces pick up on the colours of the investor’s logo. This was also affixed to one of the high-rise facades and bears witness of the residents' pride in their cooperative.
