Modernization with Weber materials in historic housing estate receives the "Gold" DGNB award
Renovation of a residential and commercial building in Berlin-Zehlendorf
During the refurbishment and modernization of the residential and commercial building at Argentinische Allee 221 in the historic housing estate "Onkel Toms Hütte", the investor Deutsche Wohnen had the entire process supervised by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). After the examination of the comprehensive criteria, the building was awarded the award "Gold" and thus reached the second-highest rating level.
The focus of the renovation works of the five-storey building was on the facades, with which the design ties in with the existing housing estate.
