weber.floor 4640 Outdoor RepFlow is a rigid, cementitious system that builds up strain during the setting process. We know from practical experience that hairline cracks can occur in rigid, cement-based floor coverings during use. All cracks in the substrate will inevitably show in the levelled layer and the surface. Furthermore, the floors are installed in an unloaded state; the uses will change the bend line of the floor concrete slab, which can subsequently cause cracks. These do not constitute a technical defect. Cracks over 0.2 mm should be professionally treated as part of regular maintenance (for ex. by filling with resin).
