What has to be observed for flat roof renovation with regard to substrate, details and priming?

1. Old bitumen roofing felts often show blisters caused by trapped air. If the blisters are already torn open, they must be opened and closed again after the moisture has been removed. Uncracked blisters that have not ruptured can be re-worked using a bitumen-based care and maintenance coating.
