Floor renovation using flowable concrete repair mortar
Project Summary
Busch SE, a manufacturer of vacuum pumps, renovated its production facilities in Baden-Württemberg using our pumpable and flowable concrete repair mortar, weber.floor 4640 Outdoor RepFlow. First, the existing magnesia screed was removed using a milling machine, and then it was shot-blasted. Any exposed reinforcement was treated with two coats of corrosion protection weber.rep KB duo to prevent further deterioration. The installation was carried out in five sections.
In total, 961 tons of weber.floor 4640 Outdoor RepFlow were installed quickly and efficiently using the weber.floor MixMobil.
