600 tonnes of high-strength industrial flow screed
Renovation of production facilities in Allgäu
Project Summary
The Allgäu-based company Hymer-Leichtmetallbauer chose the high-strength, cement-based industrial flow screed weber.floor 4605 to renovate its 1960s production facilities.
First, the RAUER Bau- und Betonsanierung team removed the old industrial floors and prepared the surface by milling and shot blasting. As the production facility floors have to withstand heavy loads, a cement-based industrial floor coating was then applied to the screed.
A total of 600 tonnes of material was installed within a few weeks using the Weber MixMobil and the Weber PumpTrucks.
