Low-emission products for achieving a sustainable energy balance
Sustainable solutions for typical construction tasks
Project Summary
For the new single-family house in the rural area of Würselen, North Rhine-Westphalia, the private builder opted for a light-coloured parquet floor in the living and dining area. The house, originally built in 1910, was completely gutted and sustainably renovated. The subfloor construction was rebuilt from scratch. Low-emission products were used for the interior finishing works to support a sustainable energy balance.
A full-surface underfloor heating system and cement screed were installed. Highly low-emission installation materials from Weber were used throughout the system. The high-flow self-levelling smoothing mortar weber.floor 4031 was applied quickly and ergonomically using the Weber Biene pump technology.
