Waterproofing in commercial kitchens
In commercial kitchens, tiled surfaces are subjected not only to frequent and continuous moisture but also to regular — often daily — cleaning with high‑pressure washers. In addition, these areas are commonly exposed to substances that can trigger chemical reactions. The grout joints, in particular, must be able to withstand aggressive cleaning agents and fatty acids.
