weber.fug 885 is a factory-mixed primer for improvement of adhesion between non-absorbent substrates and silicone joint sealants weber.fug 880, 881 or 883.

General notes
- Due to the large number of different materials with which joint sealants may come into contact and the very different surface properties, no generally valid statement can be given. If in doubt, carry out a preliminary test.
Special notes
- No or insufficient adhesion can be achieved with materials that can release easily migratory components into the sealant, e.g highly plasticized PVC, tar or bitumen.
- Observe the safety instructions on the packaging.
