weber.fug 884 is a factory-mixed primer for improvement of adhesion between absorbent substrates and silicone joint sealants weber.fug 880, 881 or 883.

Main features

• can be used in case of permanently damp joints
• improves adhesion with substrate

General notes

• Due to the large number of different materials with which joint sealants may come into contact and the very different surface properties, no generally valid statement cannot be given. If in doubt, carry out a preliminary test.

Special notes

• No or insufficient adhesion can be achieved to materials that can easily release migratory components into the sealant, such as highly plasticized PVC, tar or bitumen.
• Observe the safety instructions on the packaging.
